The Tim Crouse Memorial Award is given each year to a deserving mechanic/technician who exemplifies outstanding qualities in the field of vehicle maintenance.

It's time to select the mechanic who will be representing your shop in this year's Tim Crouse Memorial Award. The Recipient and Nominees will be honored at the SAVMI Awards Lunch, May 13, 2008.

The Tim Crouse Memorial Award Winner will be presented with a prize, plaque, and jacket. Prizes will also be given to second and third place.

For consideration of this award, please complete the information requested below and postmark no later than April 4, 2008.

Criteria:

Must be a SAVMI ski area member and currently working in the field of Vehicle Maintenance as a mechanic or technician in your shop.

Employee's Supervisor must submit information on the nominee's abilities concerning Safety Awareness, Ability to Work with Others, and Knowledge of New Technology.

Nominee must submit an essay outlining their work, goals, and extracurricular activities. This essay should not exceed two pages.

Submit an additional letter of recommendation.

Let us know what size of jacket and shirt you wear.

The SAVMI Board of Directors will review all nominees' paperwork and select a recipient for the award.
